Pros

You have a free membership. This is literally it. It didn't take 20 words to sum up the pros, but the system has a minimum requirement.

Cons

1. Very long hours with little pay or you'll expect more than you are getting bc of lies to push production. 2. Expect to be belittled and discriminated against by managment and customer w/o any ramifications. 3. Upper management expects subordinates to "fix" all of their problems and give you little to no credit. 4. Expect to work non stop. LITERALLY. 5. "Homework", scripts, setting up corporate accounts, generating your own leads, and meetings. 6. Basically sell 2,000 in their supplements by overcharging clients and lying to them, 70 memberships a month, and 6,000 a month in personal training and your job will be safe. 7. Raises are not given unless someone is fired, quits, or is deceased. This is not a joke. Employees go years with no annual review at all. If you ask for a raise the answer is no. Even when you present your value and worth to the company. 8. No 401k, even for managers. It's a dead end job. My advice is to never ever spend your money. Save it. 9. I could go on and on. If you want more just check Yelp. Not everything you read is true, but you can tell what's not legit or exaggerated.

Pros

Free gym membership. That's literally about the only pro working at this place. Also met some cool clients who ended up staying with me

Cons

Management lies at hiring 16/hr goes to 12 a session. Explanation is sessions are only 45mins but that's a lie they sell clients a full hour and that's what's expected Free work, don't respect trainers time. All of the trainers had numerous paychecks where sessions were missing. Had 20+ on a single pay cycle before Managers won't notify trainers if there's an issue with a clients account. So end up doing numerous free sessions and don't see until the paycheck Management tries to make trainers perform numerous tasks outside of job description. i.e. Selling pt packages to make them commission. commission to trainers never payed out. Weirdest most awkward work environment I've ever been in. Management never introduces themselves or speaks only for a favor or issue.
