Pros

The Fitpros are amazing and mainly want to help to be a part of the team. The members are very kind and grateful except for a couple of complaints here and there.

Cons

The Assistant Club Managers are expected to do everything including Club Managers' duties. Club managers encourage fit pros and assistant managers to do agreements or move fees around to ensure numbers are being hit without corporate knowing.

Pros

Great members, and teammates. The management I worked with (CM and DM) were incredibly helpful. They give you the opportunity to build your own team.

Cons

Direction is constantly changing, not a whole lot of support from corporate or expectations that are not realistic. If you’re at the club level you’re at risk of losing your job for anything at any moment, HR/corporate will fire you at the drop of a hat for little to no reason.
