Flexible hours, and management tends to do a good job at training everyone

The gym provides the personal training clients so that trainers don't have to go out to get their own clients.

Cons

The gym charges the clients huge amounts of money for the training sessions, but pay the the trainers a very small portion of what they charge the clients.
