Fair pay, enjoy working with kids, It’s an easy job, time passes by quick, Free gym membership Ability to have flexible hours

Cons

Sometimes it can be stressful especially if you don’t build that experience with kids. The schedule is inconvenient for someone who has a busy schedule.
