free gym membership, and get to meet a lot of different people

Cons

extremely pressured sales, no work life balance, 70+ hour work weeks. There was no sense of loyalty or value to employees or members.

Very easy work if you have a sales mindset and follow THEIR process because it works. Empathetic leadership at every level. Focus on training.

Cons

Some system issues with the computer programs. The way your production is assessed includes days that you don't work so if you are meeting expectations on days when you work it appears that you are not unless you are audited.
