General manager is very personable and friendly. Operations manager is very likable, honest and fair. Co-workers all work as a family unit and everyone gets along well. Fitness Connection allows you to put family first and works with your schedule.

Cons

No cons, really. Long hour with a lot of standing but it comes with the territory.

Truly a company where you can change your life and someone else's for the better. Leadership will hold you to the highest of standards but give you the opportunity to earn the highest of rewards. The executive team is only a phone call away and more times than not, in your facility to help with whatever challenges or direction that is needed.
