Saving Lives/Changing Lives each and every day! Opportunity for growth within the company could be more realistic. The "family" atmosphere within Fitness Connection couldn't be stronger as well as everyone doing their part and more to ensure current and future successes. Employees truly feel valued and get recognized for outstanding performances. From small wins to big wins - nothing goes unnoticed and I couldn't be happier to be a part of this amazing company.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about Fitness Connection. We are a company that expects nothing less that your own personal best - each and every day - and we look for those that are like minded.

Guaranteed Salary. Opportunity for growth. Nothing much that's positive about this job. Just good to put Sales Manager on a resume

Cons

Long hours. 6-7 days a week. Low base pay. Constantly being threatened with termination if you do not perform. Work 8am to 8pm
