Pros

The job itself is fairly easy and you get to meet many different people from all walks of life.

Cons

If you are on salary then you are practically married to your job. You get one day off a week and are scheduled 10+ hours most days. Senior management is very negative most of the time and sets unrealistic goals for its employees.

Very easy and offers a lot of hours to work. Get to meet alot of people that I interacted with on the daily basis.

Cons

Upper management tends to take advantage of the front desk to do their job a lot of the time and not very reasonable to getting days off.
