      Headquarters had some awesome features.

      Cons

      - Hire as temp through company, with promise to bring you on full-time with benefit employee. - with the temp title, you are still a W2 and work fulltime with no benefits. - had me do work that was outside my job title and wouldn’t pay me more. I even brought up they were having me do tasks that had to do with my degree and 12 years experience. nothing.

      -Simple and easy to learn basic functions -20% employee discount on all products -Pretty clear promotion structure with decent opportunity for growth opportunities

      Cons

      -Constantly shifting policy and expectations from corporate; large, often contradictory, policy shifts every few months -Minimal employees, causing stores to close early quite easily, losing hours -Would rather hire in new management, as opposed to promoting internally -Corporate takes no suggestions, acts mildly hostile at the idea of wage increase -Currently shifting management structure throughout company; unstable leadership -
