      Make your own schedule, a decent amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal payroll, with unrealistic expectations to complete tasks. The upper management uses people and all they care about it growth.

      Unrealistic expectations, expect the impossible. Expanding too quickly, loosing focus on what is already there. Say one thing and the company does another.

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere....the company purpose is to "let go and have fun". Customers are usually in a good mood, the stores are bright and kids honestly love it.

      Cons

      The fun atmosphere is counter productive to being productive. Corporate wants us to dance around and play all day, but still expects tasks to be done and sales goals to be met. Corporate also makes many many changes on a whim and then changes their minds. The store is loud, kids are encouraged to bounce balls and make a mess.
