      Pros

      Fair compensation if negotiated properly. Easy job responsibilities if you’re good with merchandising and getting creative. Great if you like manual labor and early morning shifts/ leaving work early and having the day for yourself.

      Cons

      Get way more freight than what is necessary. Usually a ton of stuff that we already have and doesn’t sell. Hard to keep a consistent freight team when their wages are so low and the hours aren’t ideal.

      Pros

      Good pay for an easy job. Ability to advance within the company. Cool Products.

      Cons

      Bad consistently changing management. Not loyal to hard workers. Terrible at hiring employees. Management so lazy that they sit in the office the whole time and make you do both their job and yours. Management is unreliable and manipulative. Managers will go shopping at Walmart (10 minutes away) or TJ Maxx (next door) while on the clock.
