Cons
We never had enough employees or hours for the sales associates. There was too much work to be done and back when I worked there, there had to be someone on register always. It was before self checkout. Managers had to stock shelves, do layout resets, shrink reports, unload pallets, clean entire store, closing/opening procedures, help customers, constantly use registers, make schedules, run fundraisers, hiring, firing, onboarding, meetings, raise sales numbers, etc
