Five Below is all about giving you the tools needed to improve on your strengths. Everyone who works for the company is incredibly passionate about what they do and how they impact the customer. We all work together to make the customer experience excellent.
Cons
Retail comes with all sorts of challenges anywhere you work, but on top of that it is the sheer fact that Five Below is growing rapidly. You have to be very flexible and versatile to be able to be successful here. We are all still learning and trying out new things to make the smallest process better, so you have to have patience. If you don't embody these traits it can be a tricky environment.
