Not what it once was.

During Pandemic, company took care of everything, everyone.

Cons

Upper management no longer cares as much as they use too. Year after the shut down, things changed. Work life balance is almost non-existent. When I was there, average week was 60-70 hrs on salary. DM, started making issues of small things because of new Regional Director wanted changes. DM lost 6 Managers within 6 months of my resignation in the District. I would have never left had it not been for him, and the Regional Director at the time. Spent 7 years, never written up, made 80% of my goals for those 7 years and had to fight for my last raise. When I left, no one even cared enough to conduct an exit interview as to why I was leaving. Believe Upper management has lost touch with what was important at five Below.

Pay and Benefits are ok...but not for what they put you through.

Cons

No communication with field leadership, mis lead about the details of the job and horrible training program with no follow up. Recruiting paints a perfect picture till they get you in the company.
