      Pros

      Good people, neat merchandise, a cool little store.

      Cons

      Very unorganized, no inventory management, no planograms, low labor budgets and typically only 2 people working the store makes for constant merchandising. Management has low level responsibilities and are flying blind with respects to running the business. No P&L view, no margin view etc. EXTREMELY low wages for every employee.

      Pros

      Great Company discounts, get to see a variety a neat product come in, you are able to open it up and demonstrate it for your customers.

      Cons

      Long work days and no weekends off, It's mandatory that all GM's and Asst. work weekend nights Christmas time is a Killer 6 day work weeks with 9-12 hr shifts
