Pros

Fun place to work in Easy training Good for a first job Competitive pay rates for all

Cons

Depending on management will depend the balance of work and life. More often than not management will not allow for much life if anything other than a new hiree Payroll cuts often mean only working a few days a week

Pros

Nice people, lots of cool stuff, loved seeing the looks on children's faces, decent store hours- not too early, not too late. 20% employee discount.

Cons

Pay is not great. I was a Part-time Manager/Keyholder and only made $10/hr even though I was doing the work of an Assistant Manager.

Pros

Everything about this job is pros really! Super easy. You can get promoted and move up really fast as long as you are doing your job. Management is great!

Cons

Emails. You have to get at least a 20% in emails every week and sometimes can be difficult because a lot of customers want to get in and get out or consider Five Below emails spam. Sometimes one of our shifts would get taken if we didn’t hit 20%
