      Everyone was nice and supportive for the most part

      Cons

      The main manager was rude and didnt care for employees health. I tried to take a mental health leave with a doctor's note and he told me I could leave but I might not have a job when I come back. He was very rude about it and didnt seem to understand that mental health is a serious thing and took the whole thing as an excuse for time off.

      Flexible hours and no weekends if requested

      Management can do no wrong. When I need to leave the front end of the store and walk to the back of the store because the manager is outside again talking to his wife smoking a cigarette and i need his help it's my fault. Other manager is rude and disrespectful but nothing is said to her even though she would have lost a $3000 order if it wasn't for an employee taking her tax exempt number. GM was told what happened and she was not held accountable or told what she did was wrong per the GM. You will not advance in the company
