      Pros

      Very laid back atmosphere, freedom to make merchandising decisions based on your stores sales and clientele.

      Cons

      Not enough payroll hours, way too many tasks and moves expected to made in short periods of time, district manager would rather an assistant manager leave their staff shorthanded that give out an hour or two of occasional payroll.

      Pros

      fast growing company , expanding rapidly, entire western half of country still untouched, however while states still remain untouched, population is concentrated in certain areas so I don't think the expansion won't be nearly as robust as the east coast

      Cons

      new management, bar set very high, expansion and growth out paces infrastructure and staff, so we are continually behind the eight ball, completing to about eighty percent-ninety percent, before the next big project comes along

      Pros

      Really loved working for this company. It was the best experience in my working world so far. All the employees were amazing.

      Cons

      I worked for this company for 1 year and I had called in sick for my 2nd time ever and I always covered other people's shifts even tho I was in management and not a standard sales associate but I was still fired. The Manager wrote down that I had been a no call no show even tho I had proof that I had called and told him I was sick. I called the higher manager and he looked into it with corporate but they didn't seem to care or do anything about it. Really loved working for this company even though they treated some like dirt.
