H.R. is unorganized, GM changes frequently for a new warehouse, a lot of illegal substance abuse goes on during breaks and lunch, very (clicky) environment, management knows little next to nothing about what goes on in their own dept. favoritism runs rampant at this company, pay is horrible for what is expected of you. As the old saying goes "It's a good place to visit not to stay".

Pay is way too low for anyone to be ok with. For the time I was there i got to 10.50 an hr. They expect way too much for 1 step above dollar store genuinley. There's check lists for everything. It's micro managed to the point it feels soulless. A lot of what we had to do was just busy work, like having to consistently fold sweat pants during black friday. Never had a day off. People called out consistently because the amount they'd lose out was inconsequential. I stepped in for OT to try and scrape what I could from the bowl.
