Often difficult to deal with vendors with communication.

Physically demanding, minimal pay, employees are not retained. The "fun loving family" enviornment is a facade. You are nobody here and never will be anybody here unless you fraternize or nepohire. We joke and call it five below 40 hours as you will rarely get a full week's pay, but they will surely speed up the parcel conveyors to get a full weeks of parcels palletized. "It's nothing personal, it's just numbers" echoes through the daily meetings, devalueing and dehumanizing as they plaster the false smile. These people will use you and burn you out. I fully expect retaliation for these truths
