Lack of hours. Lack of communication. Lack of feeling secure. Discrimination. No room for advancement in company or with pay.

Noone ever knows what is actually going on. Communication is basically nonexistent. I often get yelled at by managers for doing what I was told to do by other managers. Almost a year there(longest standing employee including all of managment) and never received a raise. They cut frieght team hours and made us restock while the store was open(which ment i also had to run register) and would get angry when frieght would get behind. My store manager seemed to like to yell at people over nothing for fun.
