Pros

Fun store, really neat concept, and overall the discount that’s provided to you. Other than that there really isn’t any joy to work here.

Cons

Where do I begin. 1. I’m not sure this company is ran by competent executives. The amount of broken processes in this company is a headache. Do you want to set up direct deposit? Good luck! They send your check to your house. This means you won’t always get paid on Friday every two weeks. 2. Imagine Black Friday, now imagine only having two employees during this time and you are one of them. During this you receive 6 pallets of freight. Another 6 more is scheduled in 3 days. Can’t get it all done because they pay minimum wage so no one wants to wake up at 5am. 3. This store are for rookie managers, individuals trying to get their feet wet. Any seasoned retail managers will have an atrocious time so don’t waste your time. 4. Pay, imagine all I just described above and they’re only paying you $13 an hour. For Store Manager? Maybe, if you’re lucky 40k. But get ready to deal with all I described plus work 70 hours. =)

Pros

Discount. ,Associates , growing company with a great future. Just slow down on the new stores. Killing the low volume older stores

Cons

Not enough hour's. Salaried staff requires 48.5 hours A week. Don't get 30 min breaks. Don't get paid for their time. Reset hour's and refreshes need to slow down on changes so often. Small staff no hour's they are to critical. They need to judge each store individually. Give the GM more authority to merchandise and plan . Older stores expected to look like the newer stores. Then give us the same setup.. GREAT company but they need to work in an older store and see how much management is doing. No time for our own obligations of the job.
