      Pros

      The company is growing. There is so much potential in some of their staff. They have some great people working for them.

      Cons

      Lack of involvement or attentiveness from higher management. You could almost never get ahold of a district manager when you needed it. Allocation of payroll hours makes no sense. It’s hard for teams to stay motivated when there is physically not enough man hours to get the workload done. No development or continuous training for associates. No feedback, no accountability.
