Pros
Discount, Benefits, Yearly trip to meet higher ups. It's a fun company with fun ideas, just not enough time to do all the fun stuff plus work that needs to be done.
Cons
Heavy work loads, payroll that doesn't meet the needs of the business, hired in at 45hr per week salary which can easily turn in to 70, little backup from HR when someone has been written up numerous times for the same violation and it's time for termination, the store manager seems to be the only one who gets in trouble for things. And if you're running a high traffic store, you get more people, but not not more payroll to clean up their messes.
