      Pros

      None that come to mind anymore. Use to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      The company seems great, but each district is on it's own and at the whim of the DM. In our case if you have thoughts and ideas that are different than her thoughts and ideas you end up on the chopping block and she replaces you as soon as possible with someone she knows personally. The RM is never around to talk to and not open to anything you have to say when you reach out to her.

      -Poor logistics system (product resupply is not handled well) -Bad pay, no performance based raises -High turnover rate
