The keyholders do the bare minimum amount of work, leaving the majority of tasks to be completed by the part time employees. The pay is minimum wage at the sales associate position and its next to impossible to get a raise unless you recieve a promotion. The stores constantly a mess due to the rude and outrages customers that constantly come in. And dealing with the customers at the register is even more agonizing. Whether it be them complaining about a faulty product or their need for a non existant one, it is absolutely excruciating. Also the bags are way too small and nothing fits in them, thats just the straw that broke the camels back however. It isnt really that big of a deal but it still bugs me
