      Pros

      Upbeat and has some interesting products You get a 20% off employee discount on everything. Flexibility is awesome. Surrounded by fun workers.

      Low hours Customers can be rude Screaming kids No other benefit besides 20% off discount

      Pros

      My general manager was very fun and laid back, but this did have its drawbacks. It's a pretty easy job, the store is small enough to manage

      Cons

      The store was always a mess, and often times there would just be one sales associate up front and one manager who stayed in the back behind closed doors. This means that the sales associate would have the whole store to themselves to have to manage the register, assist customers, recover the store, keep an eye out for shoplifters, etc.
