      Extensive training for managers Flexible schedule Not difficult to do/learn

      Cons

      Petty gossipy environment Toxic negativity Rarely get 2 days off in a row Lack of follow through on rules with management Lots of younger adults older teens working there so not as much work ethic Hard positions to hire and maintain which effect the whole store No one will cover for you when you’re sick as a manager

      Pros

      Our management team works really well together. We communicate really well and all get along. But this might be more specific to my location.

      Cons

      They don’t give you enough hours to have ample staff on each shift so you’re left with a lot of tasks to split between too few people. For the amount of work that the manager ends up doing you’re not paid nearly enough and the associates are paid even less. There are no performance reviews, raises, or promotions over time but they expect you to keep increasing sales.
