      employee discount, manageable hours, easy to get time off

      Cons

      pay was not worth what workers were put through, had sneaky coworkers who lied alot, my specific five below location did not have a proper manager only leads. if we didn't get every little thing to perfection we would be scrutinized for.

      It's a Decent First Job

      - Good first job for someone looking for experience - Friendly staff (most of the time) - Flexible hours - Mostly laid back environment

      Cons

      - Not a living wage ( $11/hr and I still haven't gotten a raise even though there was talk about a 3% raise months ago) - Only guaranteed 4 hours per week (This is store specific I believe) - Poor communication (also store specific) - Will probably give YOUR hours to new hires
