Pros
Laid back, can have a drink and snack at the register, jeans and a t shirt for a uniform, flexible shifts, lots of employees if you need to switch, short shifts, easy tasks.
Cons
customers are rude, very messy story, management at my store did not have it together, lots of drama, lazy people were employed to work at my store. Corporate did not give enough hours to each store in order to get market plan and resets done. Lots of time had to be put in. No raises or anything unless promoted. worked here for three years and only got a 25 cent raise for being promoted to head cashier during my last christmas season.
