Pros
It's a generally fun place to work and there's always something to do. I really like the constant changing of environment as seasons and holiday's came about.
Cons
The hours can be really tough to obtain, but that really depends on the manager you have so it can be different for each Five Below. You also have to be open to dealing with a different varieties of customers.
