      Love the people, hate the company.

      Pros

      The discount is worth it, the coworkers are like family, tons of fun, creative freedom

      Cons

      You get little to no hours unless you're a manager. You are worked like a slave to get minimum wage and are given 4-6 hour shifts unless it's Christmas season. There were weeks where I would get 2, 4 hours shifts and I was supposed to be satisfied with that. They expect you to get an extreme amount of work done with no time. When you're the only only cashier in the building you are also expected to be on the floor cleaning or stocking. Hours are given by the upper management to divide among their numerous employees. Upper management would screw stores over if they did not get enough surveys, meet their quotas for the day, etc.

      Pros

      Every day presents a new challenge, and there is not much restriction on letting your natural personality stand out. The associates are a huge melting pot, and less robotic and conformed then required by more companies.

      Cons

      The work loads are often to much, the value of pay for the effort asked is simply not there. Issues at store levels, are not taken sincerely. Hours given is almost a joke (30 associates with half averaging 6 hours)

      Pros

      20% Discount, May be a good first job depending on location. Some locations do promote a fun atmosphere. Good experience with crazy antics you will never need to take seriously. Have a smile on your face? Like to suck up? Work harder than possible? Then this is the job for you! Helps build character in most cases. No need to go to jail, The company takes care of it for you.

      Cons

      Little to no training, Sets you up for failure, constant violation of Labor laws , Safety standards/laws, nepotism,favoritism, Legal and non legal hostel work environment. Poor upper management at the store level. Improper resource management . Devaluation of basic normal moral fiber. Little to no understanding of company standards and practices or enforcement or lack there of. little hours, little pay, only negative reinforcement of jobs completed or none at all. Constant devaluation of employees based on personal issues. hours cut based on performance of store goals, Gross miss management of hours in general. Full of Thieves and Liars,
