      Pros

      Growing company, Very easy to move up with if you show you care about the job and work hard. Fun work environment, usually always something to do.

      Cons

      Communication between cooperate and stores was sometimes inefficient. Various delegated objectives would randomly change without warning and with little instruction. Lack of payroll hours given to stores, even well performing stores. Pays associates minimum wage with usually only 5-10 hours each.

      Pros

      Five Below is an amazing, growing company! The culture is inspiring and allows you to use your knowledge and make an impact at all levels. The brand is fun and the environment is as well.

      Cons

      With any growing company comes change and change can be stressful but the company really supports the employees so it makes it easier to manage through the change.
