      Good hours and flexibility, and challenging but not overwhelming.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time here, and my managers in particular were always helpful and understanding. Hours and duties were good for a minimum wage job.

      Cons

      Young, unmotivated employees tend to get away with not completing assigned tasks. They also frequently complained in front of or directly to customers without reprimand.

      Pros

      The discount is amazing you can get allot for your buck with the discount.

      Cons

      Lack of hours if your working here be ready to have a second job you wont be able to survive off there low hours and you get paid biweekly .Mangers play favorites .I dont see many career opportunities here at all and be prepared to work the whole store by yourself while ALL 4 mangers are in the back hanging out.

      Customers are fun, always new product, work with an energetic team, corporate meeting for all store managers yearly.

      Cons

      Drama brought in by district manager, payroll continues to get tighter yearly with higher customer service expectations. Always rearranging displays. For example moving most of a department 3 times in 5 weeks Currently experiencing lot of corporate turnover.
