It''s essentially a giant Spencer's gifts. Some of the products were very neat.

Cons

Low wage. Horrible policies. Constant micro management. No communication through corporate. Expected to drive to meetings without compensation. Managers were told to alter time cards if they went over on how many hours were worked by associates. HEALTH!!! - Some of the product that came into this store had a strong odor and made some associates sick when handled. So sick in fact that I had to feel bad for the people in China that had to work in the plant to make it. Almost every product was outsourced from outside of the USA.

Fun environment, constantly changing. Staff feels like family. You are encouraged to love what you do and have fun. There is always something to do. Lots of team development. 20% discount, vacation time, personal time, bonuses, stock options.

Cons

Inventory control management. There is no real accountability for what comes in. Constant remerchandising of areas. With new location changes weekly.
