      It's a relatively easy job at store level ... 20% discount A good retail experience as far as experience goes ..

      Cons

      Honestly like the title says ... It's a min wage job ! Management is way to pushy ! In professionalism to the max ! If we had way more coverage then we would meet sales goals The survey we push does not have realistic expectations Email prompt annoying , we need loyalty cards !!!! Customers prefer it over these emails they receive !!!

      Pros

      Seasonal hours, employee discount, flexible with scheduling, nice selection of products for me to familiarize myself and customers in.

      Cons

      No room for growth, not enough hours in payroll to get done projects from reflexis yet maintain high csat standards and email captures, key holders get paid dirt yet they are held to the same management standards and responsibilities, you can't have a career or real future with the company unless you're higher up, our warehouse ships out freight in extreme excess of what we need namely around inventory time so that they have less to count, I am always over 50% in email captures yet it's only the company that benefits from it. I receive no reward or extra hours for my emails, so I feel like the company is not rewarding hard working employees like they should.

      Pros

      It's really hard to think of anything positive about working there, or at least at the store location I was at.

      Cons

      They were supposed to pay me $9.25 an hour working freight but I only received $8.25 and was promised it would be made up next pay period. Not only was it not in the next pay but that one was all so short. I've been calling and sending e-mails but no one will get back to me.
