      It's a great environment, but you can only live off your wages if you're a GM or AM.

      Pros

      Fun environment, good upper management, casual dress

      Cons

      Part-time managers get 25 hours a week or less during non-peak season. All other part-time associates get a shift or two a week. Great employees leave for other jobs because they can't afford to stay. Management talks about the idea of developing talent and promoting from within, but most promotions I have seen have been outside hires.

      Pros

      There was great management. Also a fun vibe in the store and very friendly and energetic coworkers. Raises were awarded at year mark for performance

      Rude customers and schedule was not prepared much in advance

      The owners should honestly be ashamed of themselves. Taking ADVANTAGE of the WORKING POOR. A Disgrace.

      Pros

      It is a job until you find something better with a more respectful company.

      Cons

      Seriously, to many to list. This company will not make it in the long run as their business "values" are so poor that it will catch up to them. Company is cheap and disloyal. Unrealistic expectations for payroll hours allotted. Very PHYSICAL work. Essentially overpaid stock/freight handler. A big bonus is $25 lunch divided among 20+ employees. You get CRUMBS but are suppose to be grateful. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!
