      None not a thing no pros here

      Cons

      Where to start poor training, no teamwork in the management. The gm's and asm treat the poor cashier kids who work there like they are stupid and dont bother to train them correctly, in fact the mg on duty has to do ALL returns and and trans with a customer who pays witha twenty or higher , no joke if they get a 20, 50 or 100 bill they have to ring for manager to do the sale .

      Pros

      20% employee discount, fun merchandise in the store, easy...very little responsibility (only had to work the register...did not have to answer phones or deal with deposits or counting the register)

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees, often didn't "have time" to take breaks, raises were mere pennies, manager was NEVER on the sales floor assisting associates with customers or complaints

      Schedule not too bad, pay was good, employees pretty good, cool products

      Cons

      Changing way to fast, total lack of training, but they are working on that. Upper level management is all about themselves, little help from corporate office. Owners need to take a step back and let the senior management do what they were hired to do. Bonus is a joke and rarely amounts to anything.
