      Pros

      There's always something to be working on at 5 Below, so your'e never bored...but it gets repetitive after a while. Props to their concept of taking a "Dollar Tree" and making it more inviting to the teen and young adult niches.

      Cons

      Ask to much to be done with little compensation. Breaks as management are not enjoyable, unless there is an additional manager within the store.

      Nothing in place to grow within the company. They say they promote internally, yet it rarely happens.

      Great discount, Hard work usually means more hours, able to help customers more than a big retail store

      Cons

      Overhiring, Hours sometimes are based on email capture, Promotions are handed to wrong people (there are exceptions, sometimes the right person gets it), Stores get same amount of hours, not based on store volume
