      You get paid, other than that absolutely NOTHING.

      The District Manager is known for flipping managers. HR does NOTHING to help their employees.

      Customers were nice. The assistant managers and sales associate were awesome!!!

      Cons

      Store was a MESS!!! The store manager was never in the store. The store manger never compliment the hard work of the other mangers and sales associates in the store. Instead of making the situation better, managers would complain and leave. Having floor plans every week was a mess because we never had all the equipment needed to make them happen. All around chaos!!!
