      Pros

      The best reasons to work at Five Below are the store discount, supportive management and the variety of client base.

      Cons

      The shifts range in length but are usually about 8 hours that are completely on your feet and quite tiring.

      Neat products and first dibs on buyouts.

      Cons

      95% of your job is freight, freight, freight. The other 5% is to somehow keep the store looking "PERFECT" with no payroll and a mostly teenage staff.

      Pros

      You could always get some one to work for you. Everyone except for the head boss were really nice.

      Cons

      You never have a day off. You're always on call. The owners of Five Below are very rude. They dont care about anybody. I started this job when I was 16 and when we were counting inventory they made me stay i=until one o'clock in the morning on a school night.
