      They have self check outs The stores stay very organized We do activities every holiday We have fun store competitions

      Cons

      *They have the worst pay across the globe *Because we have self check-outs we have more job description than a basic cashier *For the store to have as much traffic as it does even accords the internet they hate taking care of their employees. Its a pretty selfish company.

      Can't think of much in the way of Pros

      - They overwork us for little pay - They have unrealistic ideas - Only 2 people on a shift and one of these people are stuck upfront so you only have one person running the entire floor, which is not okay. - They expect A LOT from this one person running the floor because they have zero clue what it takes to keep things running while trying to help customers and keep them satisfied - Zero, and I mean ZERO work-life balance. - I could go on and on but I don't have the time. -
