      cool items- good customers- friendly staff

      management is inexperienced- lots of backstabbing done by senior managers about the current employees- loss prevention is not enforced.. No training provided after the 1st day..

      Never enough payroll, expected to work 50 to 60 plus hours with minimal days off. Expectations on a DM level can never be achieved, never any positive feedback.
