Very nice work environment, you get good paid training and the managers at my store were friendly and helped out during shifts. They also have 2-3 secret shoppers per week, getting a good score on these meant a $60 bonus on your check (per shopper). Often times things were stocked appropriately.

Cons

You often dont get tipped but the secret shoppers make up for it.

Upper management is useless, refuses to give raises and consistently finds reasons to fully eliminate your bonus to pocket it themselves.
