Pros

Many of the workers were around my age (18, high school students), very energetic, and everyone seemed to get along very well.

Cons

Loud, messy, and very hectic all the time. Music was very loud at all times, so it was difficult to hear the customers.

Pros

Decent growth opportunity with a growing company. Good training and development for hourly employees to move up. Very outgoing atmosphere.

Cons

The franchise that I worked for was terrible. They believe in a negative reinforcement of issues and I had a hard time getting some time off when my son was born.

Pros

If you are good and you have a good staff the job is very easy and can be fun. If you enjoy customer interaction this is for you

Cons

You can get strung along if your store is not doing too well. Advice is to ask for a transfer if slow sales are not your fault
