Pros

They have good medical benefits and 401k match is good.

Cons

Even though they hire you as full time, they do not give full time hours. They say one thing and do something else. They pay way below average and don't have a standard pay range. Career opportunity exist depending on you race. Time off is 1 week which is accrued. At the end of the 1st year you get 1 additional week for sick time.

Pros

New equipment, great coworkers. Commitment to client satisfaction and pride in the work was a great thing.

Cons

Only guaranteed 30 hours a week, and they were not flexible with scheduling, making it impossible to have a second job. They made it seem like there would be lots of hours during busy times, but in reality the schedules were set strategically to keep technician costs down. Basically you can make more money working food delivery, or stocking shelves at Target. Management had very little technical knowledge and wouldn't listen to experienced techs.
