Pros

Livable wage, excellent benefits, great work environment. A lot of management that I've met has been promoted from within - within years of being hired for the entry-level Event Technician position.

Cons

Company starts you on a "probationary period" that is part-time, and can be strenuous if you are in need of full-time work right away

Pros

I've met some of the best people in the industry.

Cons

Leadership at the top is mediocre and worries anytime you talk to an old coworker who has moved to a rival company even if it was just to catch up. Hours are terrible and you can never get away without worrying about something going wrong.

Pros

Great on site crew, only thing I liked was the immediate employees around me

Cons

Awful corporate office. Not helpful on important issues.
