Pros

Livable wage, excellent benefits, great work environment. A lot of management that I've met has been promoted from within - within years of being hired for the entry-level Event Technician position.

Cons

Company starts you on a "probationary period" that is part-time, and can be strenuous if you are in need of full-time work right away

Pros

At my location I really enjoy the people I work with, and the benefits aren't bad. Opportunities for growth in company.

Cons

Employed for almost 2 years without a raise. Some equipment is pretty outdated. How to move up in the company is quite opaque.

Pros

you get a few raises when you go through their training process

Cons

not always time to do training, no guaranteed room for growth unless you want to get into sales/management
