Pros

Decent prices and most of the salespeople are really trying to get the customer the best deal. Great selection of vehicles.

Cons

If you like being in an environment similar to that of high school, you may like working here. If you like having you vacation pay taken from you for some made-up reason, then you may like working here. If you like working for a company that seems to have some shady payroll practices, then you may like working here. If you like being told there is no draw, only salary plus commission but then to find out that's not true. That there really is just a draw, then you may like working here. If you like to be a "brown-noser" and part of a "click". Then you may like working here. If you don't mind giving up every aspect of your personal life to be a part of that "click", then you may like working here. If you like working 8-10 hours a day, 5 days (6 if they can guilt you into coming in on your day off) to bring home 3-400 a week or less then a 300 draw, all because of favoritism and not work ethic or skillset, then you may like working here. If you don't mind having your paycheck depend on whether the boss' favorites got their quota for the day/month, then you may like working here.

Pros

Fun, laid back work place, mostly every body gets along. Potential to make a lot of money if you try hard.

Cons

Terrible hours, constant shuffle of management, nothing is ever good enough, incompetent employees are praised for no reason. Some favoritism. Too much change to departments. Too many "managers".
