Good old boys club runs the show

Fall guy, scapegoat, patsy something like that

Pros

Decent salary, good benefits, RSU’s given, work from home

Cons

Too much of a good old boys club going on there. They look out for themselves and not their own team. My leadership team was the worse group at providing no mentorship what so ever.
